Room occupancy
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
They must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
During your stay, the rooms are available 24 hours a day.
For late arrivals, if the reception is closed, we will send you a procedure by SMS to access your room so that you can arrive at the time you want.
Change of reservation
Any changes will be confirmed by e-mail, sms or post.
It may lead to an additional cost if the original installation could not be postponed.
It must be done within 48 hours before the day of arrival.
Cancellation conditions
All cancellations must be confirmed by e-mail, sms or post.
Up to 48 hours before the day of arrival you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
From 48 hours to the day of arrival, for whatever reason, the amount of the first night is due.
In case of no-show or early departure, for whatever reason, the full amount of the stay is due.

There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.
Parking
There is a parking space in front of the hotel for luggage.
You will then have to go to an outside car park.
The nearest car park is located 200 metres from the hotel, in the extension of rue Miot, Parking St Nicolas.

Animals in the hotel
Animals with 2 or 4 legs, feathers or fur are not accepted in the hotel.
Due to the numerous damages and the increasing number of allergies, we have decided not to accept pets in our rooms.
